Using the procedure from Example 7A, 4-[(3-chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]piperidine (100 mg, 0.38 mmol) was reacted with 2-chloro-3-nitropyridine (122 mg, 0.76 mmol), DIEA (0.2 ml, 1.14) and 1,4-dioxane (0.3 ml) to afford the title compound (118 mg), a yellow solid, in 81% yield.
