Procedure

To a solution of compound of example 15 (0.100 g, 0.390 mmol) in DMF (3 mL), was added K2CO3 (0.080 g, 0.58 mmol) and stirred at 25° C. for 10 minutes. To the reaction mixture methyl iodide (0.083 g, 0.58 mmol) was added slowly and stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour. DMF was removed under vacuum and reaction mass quenched with water, extracted with ethyl acetate (3×10 mL), dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated to obtain the crude product, which was purified by column chromatography using silica gel and 8% methanol in chloroform as an eluent to obtain the title compound.
