A stirred mixture of 3-(bromomethyl)-N-tert-butyl-2-fluorobenzamide (0.36 mmol, 105 mg), 1-cyclobutyl-3-(4-(piperazine-1-carbonyl)phenyl)urea (0.33 mmol, 620 mg) and triethylamine (2.5 mmol, 0.35 mL, 253 mg) in tetrahydrofuran (2 mL) was heated to 70° C. for 16 hours. After this time the volatiles were removed under vacuum. The residue was purified by strong cation exchange chromatography and basic reverse phase HPLC to yield the title compound (74 mg).
