Procedure
Methanesulfonyl chloride (18 μL, 0.24 mmol) was added to a solution of Compound 133 (46 mg, 0.12 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (43 μL, 0.25 mmol) in THF (1 mL) at 0° C. After stirring for 3 h, dimethylamine (2M, 1 mL, 2 mmol) was added, and the reaction stirred for 16 h. The solution was concentrated in vacuo and purified by prep-HPLC to give 32 mg (65%) of the title compound as a pale yellow oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.36 (br s, 1H), 8.22 (s, 1H), 8.13 (d, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 8.05 (d, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 7.88-7.94 (m, 2H), 7.85 (s, 1H), 7.44 (s, 1H), 4.57 (s, 2H), 3.33 (q, 2H, J=7.2 Hz), 2.94 (s, 6H), 2.39 (s, 3H), 1.30 (t, 3H, J=7.2 Hz). MS (ES) [m+H] calc'd for C23H25N3O2S, 408; found 408.
