The solution was stirred at room temperature for 2 hrs and another 2 hrs at 40° C., evaporated to dryness and taken up in water and lyophilized three times to give 32 mg of the desired product as the hydrochloride salt. LCMS Method # 1, retention time 0.98 min, detected mass 338.16 [M+H]+
