Method A was applied to a mixture of N-(2-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl)pyridin-2-amine (16 mg, 0.059 mmol), 2-methoxy-4-morpholinoaniline (17 mg, 0.082 mmol), Pd2(dba)3 (6 mg, 0.0066 mmol), xantphos (5.5 mg, 0.0095 mmol) and cesium carbonate (43 mg, 0.13 mmol) in dioxane (3 ml). The bis-TFA salt of the title compound was obtained as a yellow solid.
