Thus, 5-phenyl-3-(4-piperidinyl)-1H-indazole-7-carboxamide hydrochloride (Example 2) (140 mg, 0.437 mmol) was reacted with 3-chloropropane sulfonyl chloride (58 uL, 0.480 mmol) in the presence of diisopropylethyl amine (305 uL, 1.75 mmol) and DMAP (53 mg, 0.437 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) to give the title compound (134 mg, 77%)
