A solution of the Compound of Example 3 (100 mg, 0.47 mmol), 2-fluoropyridine (45.5 μL, 0.52 mmol), TEA (102 μL) in N-methylpyrrolidone was heated in a microwave oven at 160° C. for 20 min. Afterwards, the reaction mixture was cooled, poured into water and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried on Na2SO4 and evaporated to dryness in vacuo to afford a residue, which was purified by flash chromatography (EtOAc—Petroleum Ether gradient from 7:93 to 40:60) affording the title product (0.02 g).
