To a solution of 5-(2,4-difluorophenoxy)-1-isobutyl-1H-indazole-6-carboxylic acid (prepared as in Example 110, Steps A-G) (0.094 g, 0.27 mmol), (S)-2-amino-4-[(2-methoxy-ethyl)-methyl-amino]-butyric acid methyl ester dihydrochloride (0.079 g, 0.28 mmol), EDCI (0.057 g, 0.30 mmol) and HOBt (0.045 g, 0.30 mmol) in dichloroethane (2 mL) was added dropwise triethylamine (0.23 mL, 1.62 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2.5 hours. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and chromatographed, eluting with ethyl acetate, to afford 0.100 g of product (69% yield).
