Procedure
A mixture of 5-chloro-7,8-dimethoxy-3-(phenylsulfonyl)-[1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]quinazoline (25 mg, 0.062 mmol) and diethylamine (32 uL, 0.31 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was heated at 40° C. for 1.5 hrs. After removal of the solvent, the residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with 40% ethyl acetate in hexane to yield the desired product (22 mg, 82%). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 600 MHz) δ 8.23 (d, 2H, J=7.2 Hz), 7.93 (s, 1H), 7.55-7.52 (m, 1H), 7.49-7.57 (m, 2H), 7.32 (s, 1H), 4.10 (s, 3H), 3.99 (s, 3H), 3.76 (q, 4H, J=7.2 Hz), 1.46 (t, 6H, J=7.2 Hz); MS (ES+) m/z 442.1 (M+H)+
