Procedure
In a 20 mL scintillation vial Compound (19-1) (0.08 g, 0.275 mmol, 1.0 eq.) was heated with 2 mL of POCl3 at 80° C. for 2 hours. The reaction was cooled and concentrated and the residue by silica gel chromatography using CHCl3/MeOH (10%) as eluant to give Compound (19-2).
