To a solution of compound 1-HCl (0.44 g) in CH2Cl2 (15 mL) cooled to ˜0° C. was added acetyl chloride (1.0 mL) and triethylamine (1.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 1 hour at 0° C. and washed with 1N HCl, sat. NaHCO3. The solvents were removed by evaporation under reduced pressure to give product 10 as solid (pure by TLC and NMR). Yield: 0.5 g.
