To a solution of 3-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-isoxazole-5-carboxylic acid (120 mg, 0.4 mmol) in DMF (5 mL) were added 2-(1H-benzotriazole-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate (192 mg, 0.6 mmol), N,N-diisopropyl ethyl amine (340 μL, 2.0 mmol) and N-aminopyrrolidine HCl (64 mg, 0.52 mmol). The resulting reaction mixture was for 4 h at room temperature. Concentration and purification by chromatography (silica, dichloromethane:methanol=1:0 to 4:1) afforded the title compound (108 mg, 73%) as a colourless oil. MS: m/e=369.2 [M+H]+.
