A solution of tert-butyl [2-(4-chloro-5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl]carbamate (100 mg), 3-chloro-4-[3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenoxy]aniline (153 mg) in isopropyl alcohol (1.5 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 12 hrs. Aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate was added to the reaction system and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with saturated brine and dried over magnesium sulfate. After concentration under reduced pressure, the residue was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent, hexane:ethyl acetate=11:1→ethyl acetate) to give the title compound (173 mg) as colorless crystals.
