Procedure
15 mg of the compound obtained in Example 133 was dissolved in 0.2 ml of a mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran and methanol (1:1), and 1.4 mg of lithium hydroxide monohydrate was added thereto at 0° C. The resulting mixture was incubated at room temperature for one hour. After the reaction terminated, the resulting solution was acidified to pH 4 with a 3N HCl and extracted twice with methylene chloride. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered and distilled under a reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by column chromatography (methylene chloride:ethyl acetate:methanol=1:1:1) to obtain the title compound (10 mg, 69%).
