Procedure

Under argon, 300 mg (1.59 mmol) of 6-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridin-3-ylamine (prepared analogously as described in Example 76(a) and (b)) and 104 mg (2.39 mmol) of sodium hydride (55% in mineral oil) in DMF were stirred at room temperature for 30 min. Then 466.4 mg (2.39 mmol) of bromoacetic acid tert-butyl ester were added and the reaction mixture was stirred for 2 h at room temperature and for 5 h at 100° C. After evaporation, water and ethyl acetate were added. The organic phase was separated, dried and evaporated. Yield: 480 mg.
