3-(2-Oxopropyl)benzoic acid (33 mg, 0.185 mmol) and DIEA (0.097 mL, 0.555 mmol) were added to a stirring solution of Intermediate 136 (100 mg, 0.204 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) at rt. The reaction mixture was stirred for 5 min and HATU (78 mg, 0.204 mmol) was added. The resulting solution was stirred for 3 h then poured into H2O (50 mL). The precipitate was filtered, washed with H2O (30 mL), and dried to give the title compound (106 mg) as a yellow solid. ES/MS calcd for C36H35N4O6S+ 651.2. Found m/z=651.4 (M+H)+.
