583 mg (2 mmol) of [4-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 65c) are dissolved in 10 ml of isopropanol and 286 mg (2.1 mmol) of N-chlorosuccinimide are added. The solution is stirred for 1 h at r.t. and 100 ml of water are added. The suspension is extracted with EtOAc and the organic phase is washed with water, dried over MgSO4 and evaporated to dryness. The residue is purified by MPLC to provide the title compound. Title compound: ES-MS: 326.3 (M+H)+; analytical HPLC: tret=4.43 minutes (Grad 2).
