Procedure

To a mixture of 3-{4-[(cyclobutyloxy)methyl]-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl}-6-methoxy-N-propyl-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (30.0 mg) and ethyl acetate (0.6 mL) was added phosphoric acid (14.6M, 4.00 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 minutes and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (36.1 mg).
