Procedure

A solution of 18b (20 mg) in dry Et2O (1 mL) was treated at −8° C. with hydrochloric acid (1M in Et2O—0.5 mL). The resulting mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 10 minutes, then filtered; the filtrate was triturated with dry pentane (2×2 mL) to give the title compound as a whitish solid (14.7 mg).

Workup

  1. filtrationfiltered
  2. customthe filtrate was triturated with dry pentane (2×2 mL)
