Prepared by the method described for Example 1 from 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-one (1.5 g, 0.007 moles), triethylamine (2.2 ml, 0.016 moles), and 3-(2-chloroethyl)-3-azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane hydrochloride (1.7 g, 0.0076 moles). Recrystallization from ethanol gave the product (1.6 g) as the monohydrochloride, 5:1 hydrate, mp 267° C. (dec).
