The object product (163 mg, 72%) was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 and using 3-chloro-6-(3-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)pyridazine (123 mg) obtained in Example 43(2), 3H-spiro[1-benzofuran-2,4′-piperidin]-3-one hydrochloride (150 mg) and potassium carbonate (173 mg).
