The sub-title compound is prepared from 6-chloro-2-(2-fluoro-ethoxy)-5-nitro-N-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide (1.30 g, 2.98 mmol) and conc. ammonia (0.90 mL, 14.92 mmol) in THF (30 mL) in analogy with method described in example 3c.
