7.2 g of 2,4,6-trichloropyridine and 2.74 g of (S)-(−)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamine were dissolved in 25 ml of 1-butanol, and 13.7 ml of N,N-diisopropylethylamine was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at 120° C. for 42 hours. The reaction solution was air-cooled to room temperature, and then diluted with ethyl acetate. The solution was washed with water and then dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 2.57 g of the objective compound as yellow oil.
