Procedure

A mixture of EXAMPLE 400D (0.5 g) and 1-chloropyrrolidine-2,5-dione (0.126 g) in acetonitrile (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. The solvent was removed, and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel to give the title compound.
