To a solution of 3-{4-[3-(1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-phenyl]-piperazin-1-ylmethyl}-morpholine-4-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.07 g, 0.15 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) was added 2M HCl in Et2O (3 mL) and the resulting solution was stirred for 7 h at room temperature.
