Procedure
To a suspension of 0.12 g (0.51 mmol) of 1-Methyl-6-methylsulfanyl-4-pyridin-4-yl-1H-[1,3,5]triazin-2-one in 1 mL of 3-methyl-1-butanol was added 0.088 g (0.51 mmol) of 2-Amino-1-phenyl-ethanone hydrochloride (commercially available). To the resulting mixture was added 7.1 mg (0.051 mmol) of potassium carbonate. The resulting mixture was stirred at 120° C. for 1 h. Then, 7.1 mg (0.051 mmol) of potassium carbonate were added each hour during 2 h.
