PROCEDURE

实验过程

300 g (778 mmoles) of Z-Tyr(But)-OMe (Ann. Chem. 696, 226 (1966)) are dissolved in 1 liter of methanol and hydrogenated catalytically (Pd/BaSO4 catalyst) at pH 4.5, using an auto-burette (about 2 N methanolic HCl being added). After completion of hydrogenation, the catalyst is filtered off and the filtrate is concentrated. The residue is triturated with ether.
