DIPEA (517 mg, 3.00 mmol) was added to a solution of 3-[4-(azetidin-1-ylcarbonyl)phenoxy]-5-((1S)-2-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-1-methylethoxy)benzoic acid (364 mg, 0.75 mmol), 3-amino-1,5-dimethylpyrazole (109 mg, 0.90 mmol) and HATU (599 mg, 1.58 mmol) in DMF (3.0 mL) and the mixture stirred for 24 hours. Water (25 mL) was added and the mixture extracted with ethyl acetate (2×25 mL) dried (MgSO4) and reduced to a brown oil. The crude product was purified by chromatography on silica, eluting with ethyl acetate, to give the required product as a clear oil. (232 mg).
