Procedure

A solution of the amide from Example 33 (1.56 g, 6.28 mmol) in 10 mL of dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal was heated to 120° C. for 2 h. After cooling, the solvent was evaporated under high vacuum and the residue was taken to the next step without further purification.
