The crude 60b was combined with TsOH.H2O (50 mg) in 2 mL of DMF and treated with HC(OMe)3 (1 mL). The mixture was stirred for 16 h then concentrated and purified on preparative HPLC to afford 60-1: LC-MS 418.4 (MH+), tR=4.64 (Method 4).
