The title compound can be prepared from potassium acetate and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.53 (s, 1H), 8.83 (s, 2H), 7.95 (d, 1H), 7.22 (s, 1H), 4.65 (s, 1H), 4.00 (m, 4H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 2.00 (s, 3H), 1.73-1.52 (m, 6H); MS (ESI): 480.9.
