The title compound was prepared from methylamine and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 27. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 8.44 (br s, 2H), 8.33 (s, 2H), 7.78 (d, 1H), 6.92 (d, 1H), 3.94 (t, 2H), 3.85 (s, 1H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 2.93 (t, 2H), 2.53 (s, 3H), 1.82-1.56 (m, 6H); MS (ESI): 452.0.
