To a solution of Example 74 (70.0 mg, 0.212 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) was added triethylamine (0.089 mL, 0.64 mmol) and methanesulfonyl chloride (0.018 mL, 0.23 mmol). After 5 hours, more methanesulfonyl chloride (0.010 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred overnight and treated with water slowly. The precipitate was filtered, washed with water, and oven dried to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) ppm 0.92 (s, 6H), 2.81 (d, J=7.14 Hz, 2H), 2.87 (s, 3H), 3.15 (d, J=6.35 Hz, 2H), 6.79-7.02 (m, 4H), 7.22 (dd, J=7.93, 4.76 Hz, 1H), 8.15 (d, J=2.38 Hz, 1H), 8.28-8.37 (m, 2H), 12.16 (s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 408.0 (M+H)+.
