To a solution of tert-butyl 4-(4-chloro-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)benzoate (1156 mg, 2 mmol) in THF (10 mL) was added 1-(3-bromophenyl)cyclopropanamine (424 mg, 2.000 mmol) and Hunig's Base (1.747 mL, 10.00 mmol). The resulting mixture was stirred for 16 h. After concentration, the residue was purified by Biotage eluting with 20% ethyl acetate in hexane to give 400 mg (35%) of the desired product as a solid.
