Procedure
A mixture of 4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-1H-indol-5-yloxy)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-6-ol (Example 1), (200 mg, 0.64 mmol), epichlorohydrin (297 mg, 3.21 mmol) and potassium carbonate (445 mg, 3.21 mmol) in DMF (1 ml) was stirred at 50° C. for 6 h. After cooling to RT and concentration in vacuo the crude material was purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 50% ethyl acetate in hexanes to afford the title compound (190 mg, 81%) as a yellowish solid. MS: (M+H)+=369.
