Procedure
[1-[7-(2-Butynyl)-2-chloro-9-methyl-8-oxo-8,9-dihydro-7H-purin-6-yl]piperazin-3-yl]c arbamic acid t-butyl ester (15 mg) was dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid. This reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for five minutes, and then concentrated. The residue was purified by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography to give the title compound (7.23 mg).
