[1-(3-Bromophenyl)-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)ethyl]methylamine (0.65 g, 2.30 mmol) was added to a solution of N-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-N-methylglycine (0.65 g, 2.30 mmol), (benzotriazol-1-yloxy) tris(dimethylamino) phosphonium-hexaflurophosphate (BOP) (1.52 g, 3.40 mmol) and triethylamine (TEA) (0.70 g, 6.90 mmol) in N,N-dimethyl-formamide (DMF) (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 12 h. Water (10 mL) was then added an the crude compound precipitated, was filtered and crystallized from ether and hexane to give the title compound as an off-white solid (0.62 g, 54%). MS (ES) m/e 499[M+H]+.
