To a stirred suspension of 1,5 g (3.9 mmol) of 2-[4-(4-fluoro-benzyl)-piperidin-1-yl]-N-(2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzoxazol-6-yl)-acetamide (Example 142b) in 40 ml of diethylether is added 4 ml of 2.5 N hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate. The mixture is stirred for 1 h at room temperature, the crystals are filtered off and washed with diethylether to yield 1.64 g (100%) of the title compound. Melting Point: 210-216° C. (dec.)
