Procedure

A solution of Compound 125 (15 mg, 0.03 mmol) and isopropyl isocyanate (2.8 mg, 0.03 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. The product (Compound 126) was purified by Neutral alumina Prep TLC plate using 10% MeOH and 90% CH2Cl2 solution as eluent.
