To a solution of N-(3-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-4-methylpiperidine-4-carboxamide from example 1, step B, (36 mg, 0.1 mmol) in isopropanol (1 mL), was added to 5-bromo-4-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine from step A (24 mg, 0.1 mmol) and triethylamine (0.04 mL, 0.3 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. for 10 minutes under microwave condition, and then concentrated under vacuum. The product was isolated by prep HPLC to give the title compound.
