Procedure
The title compound is prepared by the method of M. Kulka [Canadian Journal of Chemistry, 37, 525(1959)]by allowing diethylphosphorchloridate and ammonium thiocyanate to react in benzene; b.p. 76° C. to 83° C./0.5 Torr; nD25 1.4758.
