Procedure

tert-Butyl (2-(3-fluorophenyl)-8-(methylsulfonyl)quinolin-3-yl)methylcarbamate (18 mg, 0.042 mmol) was treated with 50% TFA in DCM (1 mL) for 30 min at rt and the reaction mixture was concentrated to dryness. The resulted solid was treated with 6-chloropurine (7.1 mg, 1.1 eq) and hunig's base (0.04 mL, 4 eq) in BunOH (1 mL) at 90° C. HPLC on reverse phase gave a white solid. 1H-NMR (400 Hz, CD3OD) δ 8.47 (s, 1H), 8.38 (dd, J=8.0, 4.0 Hz, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 8.18 (dd, J=8.0, 4.0 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.50-7.39 (m, 3H), 7.11 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 5.24 (s, 2H), 3.45 (s, 3H). Mass Spectrum (ESI) m/e=449 (M+1).
