Procedure
To a solution of [2-bromo-4-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)phenyl]acetic acid (100 mg, 0.35 mmol) in 10 mL of toluene was added LiCl (44 mg, 1.05 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4(10 mg), CH2═CHSnBu3 (222 mg, 0.7 mmol), and the mixture was heated to reflux overnight. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was diluted with EtOAc and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated and purified by prep-TLC to give [2-ethenyl-4-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)phenyl]acetic acid.
