1-(3,8-Diazabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-2-[4-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)phenyl]ethanone (100 mg, 0.335 mmol) was combined with 1-(2-bromoethyl)-4-nitrobenzene (77 mg, 0.34 mmol) and Hunig's base (43.3 mg, 0.335 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 mL) and stirred at 60° C. for 5 h. Purification by mass-directed HPLC afforded the title compound. LC/MS: [(M+1)]+=448.
