To the title compound of Step B (50 mg, 0.18 mmol) in DMF (1.4 mL) was added DIPEA (0.078 mL, 0.45 mmol), intermediate A-7 (43 mg, 0.2 mmol) and HATU (75 mg, 0.2 mmol). Upon completion of the reaction, purification was performed using Agilent prep method A to give the title compound. MS (ESI) mass calcd. for C23H21FN4O2, 404.2. m/z found 405.2 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 8.78 (d, J=4.9 Hz, 1H), 8.71 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 8.26-8.21 (m, 2H), 7.60-7.50 (m, 1H), 7.23-7.00 (m, 3H), 6.90-6.82 (m, 1H), 6.78-6.71 (m, 0.5H), 6.59-6.51 (m, 0.5H), 4.88-4.78 (m, 1H), 4.26-4.09 (m, 1H), 4.09-3.95 (m, 1H), 3.92-3.79 (m, 1H), 2.39-2.18 (m, 1H), 2.04-1.86 (m, 1H), 1.81-1.31 (m, 5H).
