Starting from 4-difluoromethoxy-2-ethylbenzooxazole-7-carboxylic acid 4-nitro-phenyl ester (100 mg) and 5-amino-1-methyl-1H-imidazole-4-carbonitrile (65 mg). Purification by column chromatography on silica eluting with 0-5% methanol in ethyl acetate afforded, after trituration with diethyl ether, the title compound as a white solid (33 mg)
