PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of ethylene glycol (5.00 ml) in DMF (40 ml) under nitrogen at 0° was treated portionwise with sodium hydride (60% dispersion in mineral oil, 1.292 g) and the mixture was stirred at 0° for 15 min. A solution of (5R)-3-(6-bromohexyl)-5-(2,2-dimethyl-4H-1,3-benzodioxin-6-yl)-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one (7.40 g) in DMF (10 ml) was added. The mixture was stirred at 0° for 0.5 h then at 20° for 3 h. Phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.5, 40 ml) and water (160 ml) were added and the mixture was extracted with EtOAc (2×100 ml). The combined extracts were washed with water (2×150 ml), brine (50 ml) and were dried (Na2SO4). The solvent was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel. Elution with MeOH-EtOAc (1:9) gave the title compound (4.10 g). LCMS RT=2.90 min, ES+ve 394 (MH)+.
