Under argon, 1.45 g (4.53 mmol) of the compound from Example 8A are provided in 50 ml of 1,2-dimethoxyethane, and 0.79 g (4.53 mmol) of 3-chloro-5-fluorophenylboronic acid, 4.43 g (13.6 mmol) of cesium carbonate, 0.15 g (0.32 mmol) of dicyclohexyl[2′,4′,6′-tri(propan-2-yl)biphenyl-2-yl]phosphane and 0.03 g (0.14 mmol) of palladium(II) acetate are added. The mixture is stirred at 50° C. overnight. The mixture is concentrated and the crude product is purified by flash chromatography (mobile phase: cyclohexane/ethyl acetate 20:1). 1.05 g (43% of theory) of the title compound with a purity of 68% are obtained.
