To the product from Example 168b (1.3 g, 4.2 mmol) in THF (25 mL) was added 3-(tert-Butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-phenylamine (1.0 g, 4.2 mmol), and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.67 g, 5.2 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 16 h. The reaction was poured into water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer washed with 5% HCL, water, brine, and dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under vacuum giving the title compound (1.3 g, 85%).
